The Bank of Russia has increased the official dollar‑ruble exchange rate to 80.9734 rubles for November 3, 2026, as reported by TASS on November 2. The move represents a rise of 41.61 kopecks from the previous figure.
In the same announcement, the official euro exchange rate was raised by 80.32 kopecks to 90.4635 rubles, while the yuan rate was adjusted upward by 8.41 kopecks to 12.1714 rubles, TASS reported.
The rate changes were announced by the Bank of Russia on November 2 and will take effect on the following business day, November 3, according to the TASS bulletin.
